  • Elevate Coaching Solutions provides personal and professional coaching services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are processed securely through Square or our financial institutions.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • You may schedule appointments through our online booking system.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
  • Your information will not be disclosed outside of necessary payment processing unless required by law (e.g., safety concerns or court orders).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site—including text, graphics, downloads, and materials—is the property of Stellar Creations Emporium.
  • Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • You agree to use our services at your own risk.
